NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that Michael Chamberlain was appointed Liquidator of the above named company at a meeting creditors on 1 November 2018.

The Liquidator does not propose to summon a general meeting of the company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
