A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Creation Stores Ltd (08780652) of Flat 52, Walmer House, London N9 9LH, Flat 52, Walmer House, London N9 9LH (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Other retail sale in non -specialised stores, presented on Monday 14 October 2019, at 10:00 by BOLTON METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton BL1 1RU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency List (Ch), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 09 December 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
