Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 January 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Meany (IP No. 9453) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, David Meany, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH.
