Notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumbarton Sheriff Court by The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire craving the Court inter alia that CRDNN LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC547986) and having it’s registered office at 5 Blair Court, North Avenue, Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank, G81 2LA (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Graeme Bain, Insolvency Practitioner, of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow be appointed as Interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor of 18 December 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Church Street, Dumbarton, G82 1QR within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
