Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 July 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carl Jackson (IP No. 8860) and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) both of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”
