A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Crawshaws Burnley Ltd (12162614) of 819 Blackpool Road, Lea, Preston PR2 1QR, whose nature of business is 10110 - Processing and preserving of meat, presented on Wednesday 03 August 2022, at 10:00 by BURNLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley BB11 9SA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 September 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
