Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 March 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, 1st Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham B3 3AX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
