Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 September 2020 as a special resolution:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Philip Ballard (IP No. 20452) of Ballard Business Recovery Limited, The Old Post House, 3 Sudbury Road, Yoxall, Burton on Trent, DE13 8NA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.”
