Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above named LLP will be held at Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL on 16 April 2022 at 10am for the purpose of having a final account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the LLP disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and for the Liquidator to seek sanction for his release from office.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the LLP.
