Notice is hereby given that on 5 June 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that Craigmillar Community Arts Ltd., with its Registered Office at 58 Newcraighall Road, Edinburgh, EH15 3HS, be wound up by the Court; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 5 June 2019 ordained the said Craigmillar Community Arts Ltd. And any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
