"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally in the exercising of any and all functions exercisable by a Liquidator appointed under the Insolvency Act 1986."
