Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 September 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) of Mazars LLP, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham B3 3AX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
