Notice is hereby given that on 4 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley craving the Court inter alia that CP CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS LTD., with its Registered Office at Unit 5/6 Abercorn Industrial Estate, Abercorn Street, Paisley, PA3 4AT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor dated 6 March 2019 ordained the said CP Construction Solutions Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
