At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 264 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7DY on 26 February 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) and Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
