This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Simon Weir of DSi Business Recovery, Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors' Committee, if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee; The basis of the Administrator's fees; The approval of the Administrator's Category 2 disbursements; The approval of the pre-Administration costs; The timing of the Administrator's discharge.

The meeting will be held on 15 June 2018 at 11.00 am at Elizabeth House, 13-19 Queen Street, Leeds, LS1 2TW

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: Ashfield House, Illingworth Street, Ossett, WF5 8AL, By email to: info@dsinsol.com.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 11.00 am on 15 June 2018. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting by 12.00 noon on 14 June 2018.

This meeting has been summoned under Paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
