On 2 March 2017 Courtneys Estate Agents Limited (“the Company”) entered into creditors voluntary liquidation.

1. Junction 75 Limited (Company Number 10555167) hereby gives notice that it intends to trade under a name similar to that which the insolvent Company was known by a prohibited name pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Certain of the business and assets of the Company were purchased by Junction 75 Limited on the fifth day of April 2017.

2. Zuhal Gorgulu and Umit Gorgulu both of 544 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AH being Directors of the above named Company on the day it went into creditors’ insolvent liquidation give you notice pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that they intend to in one or more of the ways specified in section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following name: Junction 75 Limited trading as Courtneys (Company Number 10555167)
