I, David Elliott of Moore Stephens LLP, give notice that on 16 February 2016 I was appointed liquidator of Courtley Consultants Ltd by resolution of the members. The Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the liquidator of the Company intends to make a final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before the 31 March 2016. Full details of their claims must be sent in writing to David Elliott of Victory House, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU the liquidator of the Company. I will make the distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved by 31st March 2016. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
