At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at White Willows, Mattingley Green, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 8LA on 10 October 2018, at 11:15 am the following resolutions were passed, as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon Peter Edward Knight and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight, both of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
