“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Dounis and Steven Philip Ross, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, (IP Nos 9708 and 9503) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company.”
