A Petition to wind up the above-named company of COUNTRYWIDE FINANCE SOLUTIONS LTD (11063109) of 1a North Lodge, Whitewebbs Lane, Enfield EN2 9HJ, whose nature of business is Construction of roads and motorways, Financial leasing,Management of real estate on a fee or contract basis and Combined facilities support activities, presented on Sunday 17 November 2019, at 10:59 by FARNBOROUGH TOOL HIRE, of Impression House, 31 Invincible Road, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7QU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birminghm, Birmingham Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Thursday 23 January 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
