At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 28 November 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeanette Brown (IP No. 8857) and Jackie Kirsopp (IP No. 10270) both of Dodd & Co Limited, Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7HW be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they may act either jointly or separately."
