A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Country & Coast Homes Limited (06841026) of Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5FA, previously of 44 Durley Road, Seaton EX12 2HR, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5FA (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 41202 - Construction of domestic buildings, presented on Friday 25 January 2019, at 11:08 by (1) 83 SALTERTON ROAD LIMITED; AND (2) UKRP (FOXHOLES) LIMITED, of 7-10 Chandos Street, London W1G 9DQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Business & Property Courts of England & Wales, Insolvency & Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 25 February 2019, at 12:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
