1. “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Matthew Boyd Callaghan, Andrew Johnson and Lisa Rickelton, of FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
