Notice is hereby given under rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named company has been convened by the director of the company under section 246ZF following the lodging of objections to the deemed consent procedure by not less than 10% in value of the creditors. The original procedure is terminated without a decision being made (15.7(c)). The purpose of the meeting is to consider:

- the appointment of Emily Ball as liquidator

- the formation of a liquidation committee

- the approval of the pre appointment fee

In order for a creditor's vote to be valid at the meeting a proof of debt must be received no later than 16:00 on the business day before the meeting (unless the chair is content to accept a proof delivered later), failing which the creditor's vote will be disregarded. If a statement of claim has previously been lodged in the proceedings a further statement of claim is not required.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy-holder is not entitled to vote on behalf of the creditor unless the convenor or chair has received the proxy intended to be used on behalf of that creditor.
