Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries craving the Court inter alia that COST2BUILD LTD., with its Registered Office at Holm Street, Moffat, DG10 9EB be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by interlocutor dated 17 September 2018 ordained the said Cost2build Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
