2. “That Carrie James and Panos Papas of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purpose of winding up the LLP and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
