i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

ii. That Mansoor Mubarik, ACA FCCA FABRP (IP No 009667) of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1PS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company".
