NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 24 August 2021 at 2.00 pm for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to McAlister & Co, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

The meeting has been summoned at the request of one of the creditors and is summoned under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986
