NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at 10:00am on 16 August 2021 at Teneo Restructuring Limited, 156 Great Charles Street, Queensway, Birmingham, B3 3HN for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member of the Company. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Teneo Restructuring Limited, 156 Great Charles Street, Queensway, Birmingham, B3 3HN no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the date of the meeting.
