“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner (IP No. 9488) of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
