At an Extraordinary General Meeting of L,JC SURVEYING LIMITED duly convened and held on 21 OCTOBER 2021 at 16:00, the following resolutions were passed, Resolution 1 as a Special Resolution and Resolution 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. That Corporate Farm Limited be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets.
