At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Centax Accounting limited, 48 Boston Road, London, W7 3TR on 3 July 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Liam Alexander Short (IP No. 14570) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, First Floor, 1 East Poultry Avenue, London, EC1A 9PT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator, may be done by one of them.”
