By a Written Resolution of the members of the above named Company the subjoined resolution, was passed on 8 January 2020, viz:

RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon Girling and Christopher Marsden, Authorised Insolvency Practitioners, of BDO LLP, 5th Floor, Bridgewater House, Counterslip, Bristol BS1 6BX, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.

By the Deemed Consent Procedure to Section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986, the appointed of Simon Girling and Christopher Marsden was confirmed by the creditors on 8 January 2020.
