A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Cornertrack Limited (07320404) of Fourth Floor Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds LS1 2HJ, whose nature of business is 46342 - Wholesale of wine, beer, spirits and other alcoholic beverages / 56302 - Public houses and bars, presented on Thursday 14 October 2021, at 00:01 by ANDREW MACKENZIE AND JULIAN PITTS AS JOINT ADMINISTRATORS OF CORNERTRACK LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION), of C/o Begbies Traynor (central Llp), Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Leeds LS1 2HJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 14 December 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
