Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.113 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors at the request of a creditor under Section 172 of the Insolvency Act for the purpose to consider the following resolutions: that Anthony Malcolm Cork and Stephen Paul Grant of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London, SE1 9QR be removed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they receive their release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Nedim Ailyan of Abbott Fielding Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be appointed as Liquidator of the Company. The meeting will be held at Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, on 22 June 2016, at 10.00 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Joint Liquidators at Bridge House, London Bridge, London, SE1 9QR by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
