Notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2019 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Global Navigation Solutions Limited craving the Court inter alia that Core Citi Offices Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC439738) and having its registered office at 19 Adelphi, Merchant Quarter, Aberdeen, AB11 5BL be wound up by the Court and that Gordon MacLure, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 18 February 2019 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after such service, intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
