"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and James Prior (IP No. 29250) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2JU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
