At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held on 27 February 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar and Rachel Ballinger, both of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP Nos: 15590 and 11510) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
