A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Corby Climbing Ltd (11112197) of 11 St. Marks Road, St. James Industrial Estate, Corby, Northamptonshire NN18 8AN, whose nature of business is the operation of sports facilities, presented on Tuesday 16 July 2019 by AURORA LEASING LIMITED, of 1-2 Downland Close, Whetstone, London N20 9LZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 11 September 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 10 September 2019
