At a general meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at MILL 2 ST PEGS MILL, THORNHILLS BECK LANE, BRIGHOUSE, HD6 4AH on 28 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Extraordinary resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Jonathan Amor of AM. INSOLVENCY LIMITED, MILL 2 ST PEGS MILL, THORNHILLS BECK LANE, BRIGHOUSE, HD6 4AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator's fees will be charged as fixed amount of ÂŁ1,500.00 plus disbursements and VAT".
