"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that in the event of a conflict between the articles of the Company and the resolutions passed, that the articles are temporarily modified as appropriate and that Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, SO16 7NP be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company."
