A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Armoury House, Armoury Road, West Bergholt, Colchester, Essex CO6 3JP presented on the 12th September 2019 by THURSTON BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Thurston Road, Great Barton, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 2PJ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 12th day of November 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 11th November 2019.
