At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at A R Insolvency, PO Box 797, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 9NE on 14 December 2018, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) of A R Insolvency, PO Box 797, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 9NE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
