Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company intend to make an interim distribution to creditors. Creditors, with claims in excess of ÂŁ1,000, of the above Company are required (only if they have not already done so) to send in their name and address and particulars of their claim to the Joint Liquidators at RSM Restructuring LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6AD, by 31 October 2017.

Any creditor who does not prove their debt by that date may be excluded from the dividend.

It is the intention of the Joint Liquidators that the distribution will be made as soon as possible after, but at least within two months of, the last date for proving claims given above.

The prescribed part will not apply.
