At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 105-107 Easter Road, Leith, Edinburgh, EH7 5PP on 16 October 2019 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stewart MacDonald, of Scott-Moncrieff, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL, (IP No. 8906) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
