"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

The appointment of Avner Radomsky and Michael Goldstein of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ as joint liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
