1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily;

2. That Gerald Irwin (IP No. 8753) of Irwin Insolvency, Station House, Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1TU, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up; and

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie
