NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I, Jean Ellis of Duncan Sheard Glass, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL being the Liquidator of the above, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 24th March 2017 to submit their Proof of Debt to me at Duncan Sheard Glass, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL and if requested by me to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence that may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above will be excluded from the dividend and is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the dividend so declared.

Please note: The last date for submitting a Proof of Debt is 24th March 2017.
