Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator and will be held at the offices of DSG Chartered Accountants, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL on 5 January 2017 at 10.00 am for the purpose of considering whether a creditors’ committee should be formed. In the event that a creditors’ committee is not formed resolutions may be taken at the meeting which will include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.

A completed proxy form must be lodged with me at DSG Chartered Accountants, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one) by no later than 12.00 noon on 4 January 2017 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
