A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 3 Canal Road, Gravesend, Kent, England, DA12 2RS presented on 19th February 2018 by FIVO CAPITAL LIMITED of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU , claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies Court List (ChD), Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG , on 8th May 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4 pm on 7th May 2018
